The introduction of the mini-device that supports various media has been very much welcomed by techies. But then if you think that their sleek and portable characteristics have made its way to stardom, think about it again. In the recent 2009 CES, an improved and more hi-tech memory device has been launched. This year, from one of the world’s technological leader, Japan, share not just still photos, but memories kept alive with Eye-Fi Video Card.
Eye-Fi Video Card made it to this year’s CES Last Gadget Standing Competition, a comeback for Eye-Fi which also won last year with their launching of the wireless card.
The main attributes of this SD is the capability of transferring media through wi-fi connectivity. Though it is still being developed and unavailable in the market, its promise of practicality and convenience for the growing market of techies is on its way.

• Range: 90+ feet outdoors and 45+ feet indoors
• Storage Capacity: 4.0GB (1GB is defined as 10^9 Bytes)

• Weight: 0.1oz.
• Compatibility: SDHC-labeled host devices (not compatible with standard SD)
