As technology progresses, consumer electronics become more sophisticated to the point that gadgets start to resemble swiss knives more and more. This is where Think Geek Company tries to take it up a few more notches with their latest all-in-one gadget, the Ultimate Gadget, which is basically a watch with other added functionalities that can kick James Bond and his inventor friend Q upside the head, then spit on them for good measure.
This watch does more than just tell time like any other boring watch. It can also display photos, videos, and even ebooks. You can also listen to music and do other stuff that can blow other watches out of the water. Of course, there are other gadgets that can do the same things, but with better results, but this is so small that it is not just better than nothing. It is impressive in its own right as could be considered as useful, especially since you can wear it anywhere.
Aside from being able to tell time, this tiny gadget has a built-in memory of 2Gb, a display resolution of 128×128 pixels, an MP3 player, a slideshow mode for images, a built-in microphone for audio recording, and a rechargeable battery that can be charged via USB. It is no more than 4x3x2cm with a wrist strap 22cm long for easy wearing. In addition to the unit itself, you’ll get headphones, a PC driver installation CD, an instruction manual and USB data cable for easy file transfers and charging.
Perhaps it is more recommended to buy a Smartphone, which has better functionality. However, if you actually don’t have enough money or in no need of a Smartphone at all, then this should always be considered in your wishlist. Life doesn’t have to be so boring as long as you can be entertained wherever you go.
