Finally, the iPad with WiFi has a definite date of launch in the U.S. The set launch date is April 3 but for the eager techies, you can place pre-orders as early as March 12. There will also be a WiFi 3G model that will be released later in April.
All models of iPad will be available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK in late April.

The last time we reported on the price slash of the Palm PIxi, it was set at $80. Well guess what? It has once again gone down. Now you can get the Palm Pixi for only $50! Sprint has revealed this new pricing after rebates and contracts and should really be something tempting to consider.
But do remember that this candybar Pixi phone is practically good for entry-level users. It does not have WiFi and has a smaller screen than the Palm Pre. Still, that is a price that is truly hard to resist!

The Samsung Caliber R860 has been added to the mobile phone lineup of MetroPCS. The Caliber R860 joins the likes of the Samsung Stunt R100 and the Tint R420. The Samsung Caliber R860 will be Samsung’s first touch screen phone.
Among the features of the Samsung Caliber R860 include a 3.2” WQVGA touch screen display, Samsung’s TouchWiz, UI, GPS, a 3MP camera with flash and social networking integration. The phone is now available and retails for $250, free of contract.
